Description
Internal mixers are widely used in the tire manufacturing business. They are used primarily to kneading and mixing of various rubber and plastics.
Features
- The drilled structure of mixing table enables quick and better heat transfer. Hard chrome inner wall coating ensures a long service life.
- Hard chrome-based working surfaces are abrasion resistance.
- The cooling/ heating medium can pass through the tangent linear type, mesh type and synchronization type rotors.
- The constant pressure hydraulic sealing system used for the top of the rotor ensures better sealing effect during the operation.
- The upper bolt pressure relief system automatically releases the pressure when the machine works for too long under high loads. This mechanism gives extra protection to the machine while extending its service life.
